Refund Policy: AyushPlus Healthcare

REFUND  OR CANCELLATION : Within 15 days from the time of receiving the membership kit , For any clarifications you can reach up to our customer care. if found not satisfied you will be entitled for 100% refund of the amount paid. Please note Post utilization of any of the services refund won’t be entertained . In case of full refund within 15days we will reverse the amount holding a basic processing or service fees which will be communicated at the time of processing the refund.

No Full or partial refund will be entertained after 30 days from the date of payment been made by the customer & after receiving the product documents within the same period.

Refund once considered will take 10-14 working days to process

Refund procedure:

Step1-  Need to call your relationship manager for refunds request with valid reason

Step2-  If the reason is valid then the customer would be given a call by the retention team to address the customer grievances if any to the best of customer satisfaction.  If still customer quotes for cancellation then it will be moved to final approving authority  with reasons mentioned

Step3- A successful refund would take minimum 10-14 working days to reach customer’s account

Step4- Refund will be entertained only within 15 days from the date of the product kit received by the customer.

Step5- If required, customer should send back the kit to the requested address by the retention team or customer should shred the same to prevent any misuse of the product .

Step6- There would be a processing fee deduction from the amount paid by customer and the same would be communicated to customer at the time of processing the refund. customer would never get his 100% refund if the product kit is delivered and received by the customer .
